Product availability
After receiving the order, Cartechinishop.com carries out a quality check before shipment and confirms by email that the order is being processed. If an ordered item is no longer available or does not pass the quality check, we will promptly notify the customer and propose possible alternatives.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is successfully confirmed. Cartechinishop.com reserves the right to refuse an order for a justified reason.
Shipping methods
All deliveries made by Cartechinishop.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage ends when the delivery is accepted.
Delivery
Orders are shipped by Cartechinishop.com Monday to Friday, from 9:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the following Monday.
Orders received by 11:30 CET are processed within 48 hours after payment is received.
Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes.
